Internal Communications Co-ordinator
We are currently looking for a Internal Communications Co-ordinator to join Sovini part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a permanent opportunity
As an, Internal Communications Co-ordinator you will be expected to:
• Primarily support the Group’s internal communications for employees; ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged and feel part of our award-winning workplace.
• Manage internal campaigns and communications; keeping colleagues informed on matters important to them.
• Engage employees in opportunities, events, and good news stories to enhance their sense of purpose and Group colleague community.
• Identify opportunities to support the brand and reputation of the Group, enabling colleagues to be the best brand ambassadors.
• Commit to equality and diversity and to promote non-discriminatory practices in all aspects of work undertaken.
• Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
To be successful in an Internal Communications Co-ordinator role, the skills you will need:
• 5 GCSE (grade A to C) including English, or other level 2 qualification.
• Demonstrable experience in a marketing and communications role.
• Experience of working as part of a team dealing with competing priorities.
• Experience of dealing with external agencies, suppliers, the media, customer and stakeholder groups.
• Ability to work remotely and flexibly where necessary.
• Copy writing and proof-reading skills.
• A good understanding of digital, online and social media as marketing channels.
• Knowledge of website and intranet content management systems (CMS).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.
• To demonstrate The Sovini Group’s values in your day-to-day job role – Success, Passion, Authenticity, Courage, Enterprise.
Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualifications in marketing, events or communications
• Experience of creating content for internal audiences.
• Event management experience
• Full driving license and own transport
