Summary

Lead the Way on HS2 - Join Us as a Contract Manager!We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our Multi Utilities Diversion (MUD) team based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. Could this be you? You'll be part of a dedicated team delivering a major project for the diversion of all utilities across an 80km section of HS2. This work is delivered under a framework with multiple live schemes running simultaneously.

Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire - travel to the office required, with some remote working availableHours: Permanent, full-time 45 hours per week - flexibility available, just let us know when we speakSalary: £70,000 - £80,000 per year + £6.7k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefitsWe are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role



What will you be responsible for?

As a Contract Manager, you'll support the General Manager by providing leadership and expertise to deliver the requirements of the utilities framework on HS2 across the full EKFB section.

Your day to day will include:• Managing and overseeing section Project Managers• Maintaining full commercial awareness of each area and working closely with the commercial team to ensure positive outcomes• Leading client and internal meetings, presenting performance and progress updates• Reviewing programmes and developing strategies to progress and complete works

This role is perfect if you have:• Proven experience managing high-performing operational teams• Strong background in coordinating multi-utility diversions• A valid CSCS card
