General and Maintenance across all bases To carry out various maintenance repair and installation tasks to ensure facilities are maintained to a high standard. Fix minor issues to include broken fixtures and leaks. Assembling furniture, which includes lifting furniture and equipment. Paint touch ups and minor decorating tasks. Carry out all our PAT (portable appliance testing) requirements throughout BrisDoc To support the transport of cars to any location as required e.g. to garages for service/repairs To deliver and transport post and any other supplies between head office and allocated geographical bases. Communication and Relationship To maintain excellent communication and close collaborative working between IUC Service Delivery Team and Facilities Team as well as other key stakeholders across Practice Services, departmental and organisational boundaries To facilitate the sharing of information where necessary and in accordance with information governance principles Escalate issues appropriately to appropriate managers I services or with the Facilities team
