Your Role: Be the Ambassador of a 5-Star Workplace Experience
As a Facilities Assistant (Roving Ambassador), you'll be the heartbeat of a seamless, premium workplace experience. Every visitor, every colleague, every moment—you make it exceptional.
Working closely with our Regional Front of House Manager and Facilities Manager, you'll ensure the office runs flawlessly, looks immaculate, and feels welcoming. No two days will be the same, and your natural people skills, organisation, and calm under pressure will shine.
This role is active, varied, and out-and-about—perfect for someone who enjoys being on their feet and at the centre of the action.
What You'll Be Doing
-Perfecting meeting spaces: Set up and reset rooms and event areas to exacting standards
-Warm, concierge-level welcomes: Greeting visitors and colleagues with professionalism and genuine care
-Ownership of key areas: Ensuring all customer-facing spaces are safe, clean, and presented to 5-star standards
-Managing check-ins & queues: Keeping things smooth, efficient, and stress-free
-Technical first-fix support: Conducting AV checks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring equipment is always guest-ready
-Being a visible, proactive presence: Floor walks, service audits, and coordinating with teams to resolve issues quickly
-Supporting VIP visits: Delivering personalised, exceptional service
-Handling colleague queries: Across digital platforms and in-person—always with a “how can I help?” mindset
-Hosting contractors and collaborating with workplace teams
-Admin excellence: Trackers, logs, reports, ordering supplies, preparing briefings
-Acting as the eyes and ears when the Facilities Manager is away
What You'll Bring
-Experience in high-end corporate environments or luxury hospitality
-Immaculate personal presentation and outstanding communication skills
-Strong tech confidence: Outlook, Teams, Chrome, visitor management systems (e.g., Condeco)
-Familiarity with AV equipment (MTRs, microphones, speakers, docking stations)
-A problem-solving, proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail
-Ability to stay calm, organised, and helpful—whatever the day brings
-SIA licence (provided)
