Summary
We\\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Facilities Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in 14Forty on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading from the front, ensuring the safe and smooth running of daily operations.
Building strong relationships with site teams and stakeholders, you’ll be the go-to point of contact.
Driving standards overseeing compliance, audits, payroll, and recruitment across multiple sites.
Championing best practice, making sure we always deliver excellence and continuous improvement.
Managing resources, from uniforms to consumables, you’ll keep everything running like clockwork.
Regular travel to sites adding variety to your week with hands-on involvement.
About You:
Experienced in supervising or coordinating within soft services (cleaning experience is essential).
Skilled at managing teams and motivating people to deliver their best.
Confident, organised, and detail-focused – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
Strong communicator with a passion for customer care.
Flexible and mobile – a full UK driving licence is a must.
