Future Quest is a collaborative outreach programme delivering exciting activities to young people in Bristol schools and colleges. The project aims to increase participation in Higher Education by helping young people gain new skills and confidence and by increasing their understanding of Higher Education and higher skilled employment.

As a Future Quest Project co-ordinator for Schools you will help us to realise this ambition, through the design, coordination and delivery of a portfolio of targeted and progressive activities, designed to equip potential students with knowledge of higher education and potential pathways and to support their progression, self-awareness and self-belief.

You may have some specialist knowledge in an educational area or be able to bring knowledge and expertise of another area that would bring interesting and new perspectives to the work, you will also work well in a team.

You’re someone who can deliver activities as well as coordinate them. You will visit schools and colleges to deliver engaging activities, proactively plan a calendar of activities with schools and colleges, manage enquiries and shape provision to meet demand, undertake and allocate administrative tasks.

About you:

Can develop and deliver engaging activities to young people, via online platforms and in face-to-face contexts
Can proactively administrate for an activity schedule that would achieve the team’s goals
Can build excellent relationships in schools and colleges
Has excellent team working and interpersonal skills
