Working at a small school is very rewarding; the staff work really closely together and get on well. It can also be challenging at times because there are simply not very many of us! As a result, we are looking for someone who is helpful, friendly and flexible.

Daily routine of the successful candidate:
8.30am – Preparation time for HLTA tasks.
8.45am – Reception TA, (a passion for early years education is vital).
12pm – Escorting the pupils to lunchtime then remaining in the hall to support lunctimes for 30 minutes.
1pm – covering teacher release time, (possibility of also leading Forest School, one afternoon a week).
3.25pm – hometime
3.30pm – lead the after-school club until 4.30pm, (optional).
