About the Role
We’re launching an exciting new domiciliary care company in Hillingdon and are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to help us build and lead the service from the ground up. You’ll be instrumental in leading the CQC registration process for the new company, developing robust systems and processes, recruiting and supporting a passionate care team, and ensuring our clients receive outstanding, person-centred care in their own homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and motivated leader who wants to make their mark in a growing, forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, inspire, and develop the care and office team
Oversee the CQC registration process and maintain full compliance
Establish and implement effective policies and procedures
Manage recruitment, training, and retention of care staff
Coordinate care delivery, scheduling, and quality assurance
Promote the service and support business growth
Build strong relationships with clients, families, and local partners
Participate in the on-call rota
Requirements
NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community care management
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Full right to work in the UK
