Commercial Kitchen specialising in events and volume brasserie style dining within Oxford University campus. We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic catering team at a prestigious college in Oxford. This is a full time, permanent position at 37 hours per week. Responsibilities
-Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to meet our exacting standards
-Manage your section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient service delivery
-Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal menus
-Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
-Assist in stock control and ordering supplies
Requirements
-Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
-Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent teamwork and communication skills
-Relevant culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
-Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality
Working Hours
-Full-time, 37 hours per week
-Shift patterns including weekends, with Christmas and Easter period off plus exceptional holiday allowance.
