Are you an experienced FM professional with strong asset management knowledge and a passion for delivering seamless transitions on complex contracts? We’re looking for a Mobilisation Manager to lead the mobilisation of FM services and support contract expiries across our Justice & Immigration custodial estate.
This is a high-impact role where you will manage mobilisation from contract award through to go-live, and lead FM-related expiry and dilapidation activities across multiple sites. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, technical teams, suppliers, and client representatives to ensure services are ready, risks are controlled, and contractual obligations are fully met.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading mobilisation activities for new FM contracts, ensuring asset verification, processes, and deliverables are fully implemented.
- Supporting contract expiry and dilapidation programmes for PFI and non-PFI sites, including dashboards, trackers, and financial documentation.
- Acting as the Buildings & Assets SME at Expiry Boards and during stakeholder engagements.
- Working with Asset Management, Compliance, Projects, Finance, Commercial and Procurement teams to ensure successful service transition.
- Liaising with The Authority, building contractors and suppliers to maintain strong relationships and ensure client expectations are met.
- Ensuring all contractual FM obligations are fulfilled prior to service commencement.
- Reviewing and aligning SOPs to contract requirements and maintaining accurate data and reporting.
- Managing risk and mitigation strategies for all asset-related works.
What you’ll need
- Strong knowledge of Asset Management, Condition Surveys and defects processes.
- Experience in Facilities Management or a building/construction-related discipline.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to create reports from raw data and maintain accurate records.
- Good working knowledge of CAFM systems and strong commercial awareness.
- Confidence to challenge, influence and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
- IOSH or CSCS certification (desirable).
Why join us?
You’ll be joining a team with a critical mission—supporting the operation and transition of secure estates nationwide. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service delivery and shaping successful FM outcomes across our Justice & Immigration portfolio.
