Crynodeb
To provide comprehensive wound care stock administration and clerical support to Community Nursing within Doncaster Care Group. This will include the ordering, receipt, control and organisation of stock within a store room, and processing of requests and preparation for collection / delivery of wound care products for Community Nurses. Undertake transport driver duties for delivery of wound care product orders to Community Nursing locality base points.
5. Main Duties / Responsibilities
Ø To provide wound care stock and store room administration covering the day-to-day organisation and maintenance of the storeroom and stock levels
Ø Maintain and operate the storeroom in accordance with designated systems and processes, and in accordance with Trust policies, Health and Safety, and relevant risk assessments
Ø Undertake ongoing and weekly review of stock levels and preparation and submission of stock orders
Ø Complete receipt and reconciliation of stock order delivery and transfer of stock from transport cages to storeroom
Ø Escalate any delivery discrepancies to Senior Administrator/Admin Lead
Ø Transfer of boxes and stock into storeroom and onto shelves, using step ladders and/or foot stools in accordance with training and safe use guidelines
Ø Maintain storage of stock on shelves in a logical, organised and accessible location
Ø Undertake stock rotation and shelf life and use by expiry date checks
