Cidon Construction have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Office Administrator to join our growing team. You will play a key role in supporting our experienced site teams on major construction projects across the North West and Yorkshire.

This is a hands-on, site-based role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.

Standard working hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm, with some flexibility considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Collate drawings from the online portal, ensuring correct revisions and information are available.
- Submit timesheets and other documentation to Head Office (scanning, emailing, filing).
- Check and process induction paperwork for new site staff, including RAMS, Right to Work, and CSCS/CPCS cards.
- Prepare and submit weekly site returns.
- Liaise with site personnel, clients, and suppliers.
- Place orders for materials and maintain live hire records for reconciliation.
- Record materials used from delivery tickets.
- Manage both physical and digital filing systems (contract files).
- Retrieve documents as requested by employees or clients.
- Provide general site administration support to the Project Management team.
- Collate and submit O&M Manuals.
- Ensure all delivery tickets and site paperwork are collected and returned to Head Office.

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience in construction site administration.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communication skills and ability to work on own initiative.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

Manchester (travel to sites across the North West and Yorkshire as required)

Hours:

Full-time, site-based | 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility considered)
