The Faculty of Science and Technology at Lancaster University is seeking to appoint a full-time Student Programmes Coordinator, on a fixed term basis until July 2026.

A Student Programmes Team, led by the Student Programmes Officer, provides support to staff and students across all Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes within each of the faculty’s academic departments. You will work within the Chemistry and Natural Sciences team, but will also be expected to work flexibly across the faculty’s Education Service, supporting delivery and administration of student programmes and the student experience.

ABOUT YOU

You will:

  • Have experience of providing a high level of customer service.
  • Have the ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines, and the ability to work effectively within a team and across teams.
  • Be able to present information accurately and communicate effectually with a wide range of people.
  • Be able to demonstrate competent IT skills and the ability to work with new systems and software in an evolving digital environment.
