About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join the Facilities Management department. As Finance Administrator you will deliver a wide range of finance functions including purchase order/sales invoice processing, coordination of financial reporting for FM (supporting the Finance Manager) and the Month End/Year End processes.
As well as this you will maintain records of financial information, assisting with halls fees and other commercial credit control and assisting with the development of the overall FM finance function.
As a member of the Facilities Management department, you will benefit from an excellent induction process and working within a team of finance professionals supporting a varied set of Facilities Management colleagues, from the Catering and Commercial teams to Estates, bringing with it a varied set of challenges.

About You
As Finance Administrator you will:
Have strong attention to detail, with excellent IT skills, to deliver effective support to the FM Finance team, using the this to process complex data, with active analysis and strive for continuous improvement.
You will have experience of financial administration including raising purchase orders, receipting and invoicing, as well as excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce and articulate clear and concise reports, procedures and business documents.
