You'll work as part of a team, leading procurement processes, producing procurement documents, moderating tender responses and providing support to senior members of the team ensuring that procurement processes, workflow and delivery are delivered to meet targets and quality standards.
- We'd especially like to hear from you if you've worked within a regulated organisation delivering under PCR2015 and/or PA23.
- You'll be at the forefront of ensuring that our contracts seek the most advantageous tenders, considering not just price, but also quality and social benefits.
- You'll be motivated and engaging, capable of being part of an exciting team and delivering high value procurements.
- You'll help manage contracts and suppliers, make sure everything runs smoothly, fix problems, and give advice to help get the best results for National Highways

About you.
- A proven track-record in managing regulated procurement exercises (inviting/selecting tenders, managing contracts) with knowledge of some contract types and forms and their application to business need)
- Should hold or be willing to work towards the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) Level 5 (or equivalent).
- Strong project management skills.
