Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to deliver professional procurement, commercial, and contract support in line with public procurement regulations and best practice. This role involves managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and supporting strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a portfolio of procurement and contract activities.
- Deliver cost savings and process efficiencies across procurement operations.
- Design and manage tender processes, including documentation and evaluation.
- Maintain and enhance contract databases and reporting systems.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure effective procurement outcomes.
- Support strategic procurement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.
Experience Required
- Proven experience in end-to-end procurement and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (PCR15 and PA23).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MCIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable.
