Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Children’s Team Manager (Gr 9)* to join our dynamic organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on providing exceptional care and support to children in our community. As the Team Manager, you will oversee daily operations, facilitate effective communication between team members, and liaise with parents and stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met. Your leadership will guide your team in implementing engaging activities that stimulate creativity and curiosity, while your strategic insights will help shape the development of our future initiatives. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of childcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality programs.
Develop and implement educational and recreational activities tailored to children's developmental needs.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and community stakeholders.
Monitor the progress and development of children, providing regular feedback to parents and caregivers.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in childcare.
Facilitate regular team meetings to promote collaboration, communication, and the sharing of best practices.
Prepare reports and documentation related to program effectiveness and team performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience working in a childcare or educational setting.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
Ability to develop and implement effective programs and initiatives.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £32.71
Location: Sutton, London
