We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Pensions Team Leader to oversee our Benefits Processing department at Grade 8 level. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Benefits Processing team to ensure timely and accurate processing of pension benefits
Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices for benefits processing
Monitor team performance and productivity, providing coaching and support as needed
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
Respond to complex inquiries and provide expert advice on pension benefits to clients and team members
Handle escalated issues and resolve discrepancies in benefits processing
Collaborate with other departments to improve overall service delivery and efficiency
Requirements
Proven experience in pensions administration or benefits processing
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team
In-depth knowledge of pension plans, regulations, and compliance requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
A relevant degree or certification in finance, human resources, or a related field
