Territory Manager – Agriculture (Italy, National Travel) - Competitive Salary + Commission + Benefits
The Job:
A leading global equipment solutions provider is seeking a Territory Manager to support the growth of its agricultural machinery division in Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with strong technical knowledge of used agricultural machinery.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop new business and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide machinery valuation, pricing insight, and tailored selling solutions
- Manage sales through multiple channels: auction, negotiated sale, and online listings
- Identify growth areas within your territory and deliver strategic plans
- Work closely with internal operations, valuations, and marketing teams
- Travel across Italy (2–3 nights per week)
The Company:
A respected international organisation specialising in the resale and management of used equipment. The business offers multi-channel selling platforms, strong market data, and excellent internal support to help customers maximise asset value.
The Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in used agricultural machinery sales
- Strong understanding of machine valuation and condition assessment
- Established network within the Italian agricultural sector
- Proven ability to convert new business and secure repeat customers
- Fluent Italian with strong English skills
- Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work independently
