Territory Manager – Agriculture (Benelux - Frequent Travel) - Competitive + Commission + Benefits
The Job:
A leading global agricultural equipment solutions provider is seeking a Territory Manager to grow its presence in the Benelux market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience in used agricultural machinery and an established network in the region.
Key responsibilities:
- Sell multi-channel solutions for used agricultural machinery within the assigned territory
- Identify growth areas and develop strategic plans for new business
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers, dealers, and fleet owners
- Act as a trusted advisor on machinery valuation, condition, and pricing
- Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and administration teams to deliver seamless customer solutions
- Travel frequently across the Benelux region to cover your territory
The Company:

The Candidate:
- 5+ years’ experience in used agricultural machinery sales
- Strong understanding of machine valuation, condition assessment and pricing
- Existing network within the Dutch agricultural sector
- Proven ability to develop recurring customers and achieve sales targets
- Fluent in Dutch and professional level English
- Proactive, results driven and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
