Summary

An award-winning, high-end construction company is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to support the delivery of luxury residential and bespoke commercial projects. You’ll oversee multiple high-value contracts, working with clients who expect excellence and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage and oversee construction contracts from pre-construction through to project completion

  
  

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and quality standards

  
  

• Work closely with project managers, commercial teams and external stakeholders

  
  

• Negotiate contract terms and manage variations and change processes

  
  

• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks

  
  

• Support strong and professional client relationships throughout the build lifecycle

  
  

• Contribute to the successful delivery of high-end residential and commercial projects

  
  Requirements

  The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong understanding of contract management principles and best practices

    
    

  • Experience working within construction, ideally high-end residential or bespoke builds

    
    

  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder communication skills

    
    

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

    
    

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance

    
    

  • Analytical thinking with confidence managing risks and contractual issues

    
    

  • Background in construction management, project management or similar discipline (preferred)
