Summary

We have a fantastic full time, permanent position available for a Site Manager.

Our client is an award-winning construction company based locally to Chichester, West Sussex, specializing in high-end residential and commercial properties with values ranging from £1m to £10m.

With a focus on bespoke solutions tailored to each project's unique needs, our client is known for excellence, innovation, and attention to detail in every aspect of their work. Working in prestigious locations on the South Coast, our client is expanding their operations and looking for well aligned site managers to join their team.

Site Manager Duties:

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Manager located in Petersfield.
• The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities
• Managing Subcontractors
• Ensuring project timelines are met
• Maintaining quality and exceptional safety standards on-site

Site Manager Criteria

• Experience in Project Management and supervision of Site teams
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project scheduling and budget management
• Experience with construction software and tools
• Relevant certification or degree in construction management or related field
