Job Description

Working in a hybrid style, based at home and Electoral Registration Office, 21 City Square, you will work full time, 37 hours per week.

Requirements

You will have a 3 National 4s or equivalent to include Maths and English.

Responsibilities

You will assist the Senior Electoral Services and Licensing Officer and Electoral Services and Licensing Officers in the provision of an efficient clerical service within the General Services Section.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in a customer facing role, working with Microsoft office and databases including data input.

You will have good keyboard, oral and written skills and have a calm disposition with the ability to work under pressure.

You must be willing to take on extra duties and responsibilities as required and be able to work irregular additional hours in the evenings and weekends when required in the lead up to elections or referenda.
