Be part of the team delivering this essential technology exchange ahead of the UK’s full analogue switch-off in January 2027.About the role We’re looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Progress Lifeline team on a 12-month fixed term contract, working 36.25 hours per week with agile arrangements based in Leyland. In this varied role, you’ll schedule appointments between service users and installers, arrange visits by geographic area, and help achieve daily and weekly KPIs. You’ll also liaise with colleagues to monitor and replenish stock, process collections, and update databases accurately. Communicating with customers and families over the phone will be a key part of your day, alongside supporting the wider team with essential admin tasks and maintaining confidentiality.What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Essential: Basic understanding of IT systems (Word, databases)Ability to arrange and schedule appointments across geographical areasAbility to record and update databases accuratelyExcellent communication skills, especially over the phone Desirable Previous experience working with older and vulnerable people Why Progress?
