TeacherActive are proud to be working with a welcoming 2-form entry Primary School in Longbridge, seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) classroom.

This nurturing classroom supports 10 wonderful pupils (Early Years – KS1), all with additional needs, primarily Autism. You’ll be part of a caring, skilled team that values consistency, patience, and positivity, helping every child reach their full potential.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons

  
  

• Providing tailored support to meet each child’s unique needs

  
  

• Helping to create a safe, calm, and stimulating environment

  
  

• Building meaningful relationships with pupils to foster trust and confidence

  
  We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

    
    

  • Can follow direction from the class teacher and work collaboratively

    
    

  • Brings a positive, caring, and patient attitude every day

    
    

  • Builds strong, supportive relationships with pupils and staff

    
    

  • Is reliable, proactive, and passionate about education
