Sales Administrator £26,000 - £28,000
An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales Administrator/ Customer Service Adviser based in Oldbury.
We are looking for a pro-active, reliable individual, who can remain calm under peaks of pressure, to join our busy team and growing company with the following attributes.
Role Requirements:
• Experience in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
• Previous administration/ customer service experience
• A high level of oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent telephone manner
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
Role Responsibilities:
• Action inbound enquiries
• Make outbound calls to current and potential customers
• Ensure customer queries are responded to daily via phone or email
• Manage customer orders
• Raise invoices using Xero
• Always ensuring a proactive approach to meet customers’ expectations
• Ensure the best customer journey is offered with a professional attitude
• Maintain a good working relationship with all customers
• Dispatch of orders.
• Assist at trade exhibitions, conferences and courses to promote the company’s products and services

The package offers, 28 days annual holiday including Bank Holidays, with a 2 week annual Christmas shutdown.
Hours are 09.00 – 17.00 Monday to Friday.
