As a Sports Inclusion Mentor, you'll play a vital part in helping students build confidence, self-esteem, and emotional well-being through positive experiences and relationships. Every day offers variety, reward, and the chance to make a real difference.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students aged 11-16 through 1:1 and small-group mentoring, helping them re-engage with learning and personal growth.
- Starting each day with a calm morning check-in, setting a relaxed, positive tone.
- Encouraging independence - from making breakfast to choosing daily activities that inspire curiosity and self-belief.
- Taking part in a range of enriching activities such as outdoor walks, team sports, fishing, creative sessions, and well-being experiences.
- Making full use of the fantastic facilities within a large rugby and cricket club - including paddle courts, squash courts, football pitches, and archery.
- Building trusting, nurturing relationships through empathy, patience, and consistent encouragement.

Every day brings opportunities to celebrate small wins, support emotional growth, and witness the impact of your care and consistency.
