What You'll Do as a Sports Mentor
You'll support young people aged 9-16 through:
- 1:1 mentoring and light physical activities
- Daily check-ins to help set a positive, calm tone
- Encouraging independence through small routines
- Supporting with walking, fishing, games, gym sessions, or creative time
- Helping students regulate emotions through movement and reassurance
- Building their confidence, sense of belonging, and resilience
- Working within an emotionally intelligent, highly supportive team
