About the Role of Quantity Surveyor:
Exciting freelance opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a fit out and refurbishment projects on a Luxury Hotel in Central London and surrounding area, offering a competitive day rate/salary.
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a reputable fit out company to working on a mixture of high end residential, hotel, leisure or retails scheme in London, valued up to £25M. The role is site-based, with potential flexibility for some remote working.
You will be joining a market-leading team, supporting the commercial and construction departments and working closely with a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager. This is a long-term role, Temp to Perm position.
Our client is well-regarded for delivering high-quality residential projects across Central London and is seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is confident, detail-oriented, and capable of working on detailed high end projects.
The ideal candidate for Quantity Surveyor:
- Strong high end residential experience.
- Proven subcontractor or main contracting experience
- Ability to manage budgets, cost control, and subcontractor packages
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work collaboratively within a close-knit team
