#### **The Role**
* Take ownership of multiple hotel refresh and fit-out projects (average value £400k–£500k)
* Manage variations, subcontractor accounts, and cost control
* Lead pre-start meetings and liaise directly with clients
* Deliver projects on time and within budget
* Office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day on site

#### **The Right Person**
* HNC or above in Construction
* 4+ years’ QS experience on **fast-paced fit-out schemes**
* Strong client-facing and commercial skills
* Ability to manage multiple work streams confidently
