Looking for a meaningful and flexible role? Join us as a Support Worker at our Cranbrook Court. We're currently recruiting bank staff to support our clients in their own homes.

Cranbrook Courtoffers 24-hour on-site care for adults with a range of needs, particularly those with sensory impairments, learning disabilities, and physical disabilities. Experience supporting individuals with autism, learning difficulties, or behavioural challenges is a plus.

In this role, you'll help people live more independently. Your support might include personal care, assisting with daily tasks like cooking, joining them on social outings, and helping maintain a safe and comfortable home. Most importantly, you'll provide companionship, reassurance, and a sense of joy to those you care for.

What we offer:

- Enhanced pay on bank holidays

- Holiday pay and a pension scheme

- Free DBS/PVG checks, company mobile phone, and uniform

- Access to our WeCare benefits platform and eligibility for the Blue Light Card, offering discounts on shopping, groceries, dining, and family activities

- Savings on driving lessons, fuel, insurance, car maintenance, and cycle hire

- Enhanced maternity (12 weeks full pay), paternity, and parental leave

- Career development opportunities including the Care Certificate and NVQs—half of our salaried roles are filled internally

- Wellbeing support including an employee assistance programme, mental health first aiders, a healthcare cash plan, free eye tests, and help with the cost of glasses

- £500 referral bonus through our Care Friends scheme

If you're looking for a role where your presence makes a real difference, we'd love to hear from you.

Please note: this role requires a DBS check and the right to work in the UK. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
