THE ROLE: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Deliver outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced contact centre environment. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
You'll be: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
• Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Providing support on contract renewals, upgrades, and general queries
• Resolving customer issues with empathy and professionalism
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
• Collaborating with team members to share best practices
• Recommending products and services that genuinely help customers
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Essential:
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset
• Empathetic, patient, and professional under pressure
• Comfortable working with technology and multiple systems
Desirable:
• Customer service or contact centre experience (not essential)
• Experience in telecommunications or utilities sectors
WORKING PATTERN: CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
40 hours per week | 5 days on-site | Shifts between 8am-10pm (Mon-Sun) | Rotas provided 1 month ahead
