Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in property management (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)
Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property developers, estate agents, and investors,Develop proposals and presentations to win new contracts, Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery, Monitor market trends and competitor activities, Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the property or real estate sector
Strong understanding of property management practices and UK housing regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
