Salary:
Scale 3, Spinal Column Point 7-8, £13,205.14- £13,415.70

Working Arrangements:
18.13 hours per week
Wednesday afternoon, all day Thursday & Friday

The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with the public and have excellent telephone handling skills ideally gained in a contact centre/call centre environment. The ability to use computerised systems and to main records accurately is essential. You should also be able to work using your own initiative but also operate as part of a team with those based at Service Headquarters and in other locations.

Closing date for applications is 12 noon on 31 October 2025 however we reserve the right to close the advert prior to this if sufficient quality applications have been received.
We anticipate interviews to take place on 12 November 2025.
