Location: Preston (PR2)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £29,000 – £35,000 per annum (£14 – £18 per hour)

We are a modern, welcoming dental practice in Preston seeking a Treatment Advisor to join our growing team. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients exploring treatment options, guiding them through their journey, and showcasing the services we offer. This is very much a consultative sales role where you’ll combine people skills with commercial awareness.
What you’ll be doing:
• Responding to new patient enquiries and following up leads effectively
• Explaining treatment options clearly and supportively
• Building trust and helping patients feel confident in their choices
• Upselling and promoting a wide range of dental treatments and products
• Working closely with the clinical and reception teams to deliver a seamless experience
• Recording patient communications and sales activity accurately
What we’re looking for:
• Sales, retail, customer service, or consultation experience
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Proactive and target-driven, with a friendly and professional manner
• Previous dental or healthcare experience is a bonus, but not essential – full training provided
