  • EHCP Implementation: Working 1:1 or in small groups to deliver specific learning, social, and emotional targets outlined in student plans.

  • Behavioural Support: Utilizing de-escalation strategies and positive handling techniques (Team Teach/MAPA experience desirable) to manage challenging behaviour safely and effectively.

  • Complex Needs: Supporting students with a range of needs, including Autism (ASD), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH), Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD), and specific learning difficulties.

  • Promoting Inclusion: Modifying and adapting learning materials to ensure students can access the curriculum alongside their peers.

  • Reporting & Tracking: Providing detailed feedback on student progress against their individual goals to the SENCO and class teachers.
