We’re representing a growing UK cargo airline that’s expanding its operations team and looking for a Pre-Ops & Crewing Officer to join their busy and fast-moving environment at Head Office in Hampton Wick.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with aviation operations, crewing, or pre-ops experience who thrives on problem-solving and operational delivery. You’ll be joining a professional, supportive team at a pivotal stage of growth, contributing directly to the smooth and efficient running of daily flight operations.
The RoleAs Pre-Ops & Crewing Officer, you’ll act as the key link between rostering and day-to-day operations, ensuring crew resources, travel, and training are coordinated efficiently and compliantly. You’ll also support on-time performance, manage logistics for crew movements, and maintain communication between departments to keep everything running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage crew travel, hotel and transport logistics through third-party suppliers

Review and process related invoices accurately and promptly

Support on-time performance and overall operational efficiency

Monitor pilot leave, fatigue reports, and qualification validity

Ensure full compliance with Flight Time Limitations (FTL) and company procedures

Collaborate with rostering, training, and operations teams to ensure alignment across schedules

Support Duty Managers when required and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders

Promote a safety-first culture and raise issues where appropriate
About You:You’ll be a proactive and organised individual with strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed under pressure. You’ll have some relevant experience in aviation operations, crewing, or pre-ops, and enjoy working in a team that values efficiency and collaboration.
You’ll bring:

Experience in Pre-Ops, Crewing, or Rostering functions

Knowledge of Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management (preferred)

Familiarity with aviation management systems (LEON experience advantageous)

Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments
The Package:-
£39,000 base salary + £2,200 shift allowance
