Qualifications are great — but what really matters is your experience, enthusiasm, empathy, and drive to help every child thrive - pun intended!What You’ll Be DoingSupporting teachers in delivering creative, inclusive, and engaging lessons.Providing 1:1 or small group support to children who need an extra boost.Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.Building meaningful relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.Encouraging every child’s academic, social, and emotional development.
What We’re Looking ForExperience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or similar settings).A passion for education and helping young people grow.Great communication and teamwork skills.A proactive, flexible, and caring approach.A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Bonus points if you have:A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Knowledge of the national curriculum or classroom routines.Experience supporting children with additional needs.
