What We’re Looking ForExperience working with children (in schools, nurseries, or similar settings).A passion for education and helping young people grow.Great communication and teamwork skills.A proactive, flexible, and caring approach.A willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Bonus points if you have:A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.Knowledge of the national curriculum or classroom routines.Experience supporting children with additional needs.
