A welcoming and well-resourced primary school in Southport is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their early years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children in their formative learning years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support nursery and reception pupils in their learning and development
- Assist with planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support, including for children with additional needs
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment
- Work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure positive outcomes.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Experience working in early years settings
- A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
