We’re now looking for a Healthy Homes Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers full-time hours (36.25 per week), and agile working arrangements. About the role As a Healthy Homes Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our Healthy Homes programme, ensuring compliance with the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and Awaab’s Law. You’ll work closely with technical officers, team leaders, and administrative staff to triage and manage cases of damp and mould, schedule specialist operatives, and maintain robust records for audit and oversight. You’ll be the main point of contact for customers, local authorities, and contractors regarding Healthy Homes cases, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of queries. Your work will help ensure our homes are safe, healthy, and compliant with all relevant legislation. What We Are Looking For To be successful in these roles, you should have: Strong administrative and organisational skillsKnowledge of HHSRS, Awaab’s Law, and housing management systemsExperience in managing property compliance, repairs, or similarExcellent communication skills and a commitment to customer serviceAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven ability to monitor and meet performance targets in line with agreed KPIs Why Progress?
