Key Responsibilities:
Mobile Patrols: Conduct regular and random mobile patrols, ensuring the safety and security of client premises and assets.
Keyholding & Alarm Response: As a primary keyholder, respond promptly to alarm activations, ensuring a quick and efficient resolution to any security breaches or issues.
Incident Management: Deal with security incidents, disturbances, or breaches in a calm and professional manner, ensuring the safety of all parties involved.
Reporting: Document all incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Liaise with the 24/7 control room to provide real-time updates and post-incident reports.
Vehicle Management: Operate company vehicles responsibly and maintain them in a clean and tidy condition, reporting any faults or issues promptly.
Liaison: Work cohesively with clients, colleagues, and blue light agencies when required.
Essential Requirements:
Licences: Valid SIA licence and a full UK driving licence are mandatory.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for reporting and liaising with various stakeholders.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Problem Solving: Ability to think quickly and make effective decisions in challenging situations.
Team Player: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
