Our client is a beautiful nursery where every detail – from the beautifully designed age-specific rooms to the vibrant, fun-filled garden – is centred on giving children the best possible start in life. The nursery provides a warm, nurturing environment where learning through play and child-led exploration is embraced every day.

They are now looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join their experienced and passionate team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone dedicated to early years education to thrive in a high-quality setting where development, creativity, and leadership are encouraged.

What They’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and SEND
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • A positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting children’s development
  • Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children

Why Join This Nursery:

  • Heavily discounted childcare for your own family
  • Generous annual leave to support work-life balance
  • Access to a dedicated staff wellbeing programme
  • Benefits portal with exclusive staff offers
  • Training and professional development opportunities tailored to your goals

The Role at a Glance:

  • Delivering high-quality, child-focused care and education in line with EYFS
  • Planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities in playrooms, sensory areas, and the outdoor garden
  • Supporting the wellbeing and development of children, encouraging learning through play
  • Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress to inform learning plans
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children’s individual needs
