Summary
Nursery Practitioner | Up to £31,000 | 40 Hours per Week

What They’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and SEND
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and passion for supporting children’s development
- Ability to create an engaging, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children

The Role at a Glance:
- Delivering high-quality, child-focused care and education in line with EYFS
- Planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities in playrooms, sensory areas, and the outdoor garden
- Supporting the wellbeing and development of children, encouraging learning through play
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children, families, and colleagues
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s progress to inform learning plans
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support children’s individual needs
