About the Role
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Business Support Administrator to join our Educational Inclusion and Partnerships Team. This role requires strong administrative skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You will play a key part in supporting the team with data management, reporting, and day-to-day business support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality administrative and business support to the team.
Manage databases, records, and reports accurately and efficiently.
Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, data validation, reporting) to analyse and present data.
Support with correspondence, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Requirements
Advanced Excel knowledge – essential (Excel test during interview; results will determine progression).
Previous experience in an administrative/business support role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Interview Process
Excel Test – practical skills assessment.
Experience-based interview questions – formal competency-based interview.
