Finance and Business Support Assistant needed in Bolton, £13.34ph PAYE - Reference: 000A 5CB3 / 1

  • Raise and process Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle in line with Client procurement rules.
  • Process and validate supplier invoices against POs and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate financial records for capital projects, including commitments and accruals.
  • Support budget monitoring, forecasting, and reporting for capital projects.
  • Assist with preparation of financial returns and audit requirements.
  • Liaise with suppliers, project managers, and finance teams to resolve queries.
  • Ensure compliance with Client governance, financial regulations, and procurement policies.
  • Maintain documentation and filing systems for audit and governance purposes.
  • Provide administrative support for capital project meetings, including minute-taking and report collation.

This is working full time hours on temporary contract.
