The successful candidate will advise on properties where there is an opportunity to exploit the underlying value of the asset either through a third party letting, disposal or acquisition, leading to a capital, revenue, or social-value benefit, and ensure the best use of our assets to deliver the borough outcomes.
Provision of strategic property advice across a range of assets, focussing on property and estates management, Landlord & Tenant work and leasing & licensing. Treating all assets as a ‘corporate resource’.
