The Role:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll take ownership of key responsibilities, including:
• Managing project costs through every stage of the construction lifecycle.
• Advising clients on cost planning, procurement strategies, and final accounts.
• Leading and supporting client relationships across a variety of sectors.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (UK-based).
• In-depth knowledge of NEC contracts (essential).
• Previous work on infrastructure projects (rail, utilities, defence, etc.) highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
