Senior Quantity Surveyor
Cut & Carve Project - St Pauls
A well known tier 2 contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on a high-profile cut and carve scheme near St Paul's. You'll be site-based, reporting into the Senior Commercial Manager, and running the job day to day from a commercial standpoint.
The business has a strong pipeline of work, with further projects in central London, so this is a chance to secure a long-term role on challenging and interesting schemes.
What we're looking for:
- Senior experience with a Tier 2 contractor
- Strong cut and carve / structural alteration background
- Confident running the commercial on site while reporting upwards
