About the Role
As a key member of our SEN team, you will:

Key Requirements & Skills

1+ years of experience in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) setting, either professionally or personally.

Essential qualifications: GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or equivalent).

Proven skills in classroom management, individualised learning support, and professional knowledge of SEN and child development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A valid driver's license and access to a car are essential for this role.
